    Arthur N. Taylor ("Art") joined Alpha Delta Gamma in the Fall of 1996 at Kappa Chapter at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Since his induction at the local level, he served as Social Chairman, Alumni Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and Chapter President. As President during the Spring of 1999, Kappa had its first Spring Candidate Class since 1993.

He attended his first National Spring Conference in 1999 and has been involved in some level with the National Council ever since. His first position at the National level was in 2001 when he was appointed National Webmaster. He held the Sergeant-at-Arms position at the National Convention in 2001, '02 and '03. In 2004 he was selected as Council Secretary and later that same year filled the vacancy as the Vice President of Internal Affairs. In 2006 at the convention hosted by Lambda chapter in El Segundo, CA, he was elected as the National Executive Vice President.

Aside from his Constitutional duties during his tenure on the National Council, Mr. Taylor has also had a history of helping to improve ADG marketing and communications via the national website. As National Vice President of Internal Affairs, he turned the Red Carnation into a quarterly publication and has put forth numerous measures to increase communication and coordination among all levels of ADG. To that end, he presented seminars on Communications and Team-Building at the 2006 Convention. In 2003, he was the recipient of the Wayne S. Palmer-Ball Award for Most Outstanding Convention Delegate-Alumnus.

Born in the city of New Orleans, Mr. Taylor grew up outside of Annapolis, MD in close proximity to Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in the field of Communication Studies in 2002. He has been involved in ADG for over 10 years now and continues to create new ideas and offer alternative ways of problem-solving.

He currently lives with his wife outside of Annapolis. In his off time he enjoys gourmet cooking, movies and sports.
