The 2025 Alpha Delta Gamma Spring Leadership Conference was nothing short of extraordinary! Hosted at the beautiful Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, this year’s event set a new benchmark for engagement, education, and brotherhood. With representatives from every active chapter — including Saint Louis University, Rockhurst University, Bellarmine University, Thomas More College, Barry University, LaGrange College, and McKendree University — our fraternity came together like never before to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders.
This premier leadership event featured an impressive lineup of dynamic professional speakers, including Greek life experts, workplace psychologists, leadership consultants, and networking strategists. Attendees gained invaluable insights from industry leaders who equipped them with the skills and confidence needed to excel in both their personal and professional lives.
Key Note:
Our keynote speaker, Dan Faill, Vice President of Campus Support for the North American Interfraternity Council (NIC), delivered powerful and thought-provoking sessions on fostering meaningful conversations and transforming judicial board effectiveness. His talks left members energized and ready to make a lasting impact on their chapters and communities.

Service Project: Bags and Grace
One of the most impactful moments of the conference was our service project in partnership with Bags and Grace, a renowned Los Angeles-based charity dedicated to providing essential relief to the unhoused community. Our brothers worked together to assemble and donate over 90 fully stocked relief bags, each filled with food, hygiene products, and clothing to sustain an individual for five days. The project was led by Tom Provost, an award-winning filmmaker and Chapman University professor, who personally expressed his deep gratitude for our efforts. Within just an hour, all 90 bags had been distributed, proving that even small acts of kindness can create monumental change.
Foundation Alumni Roadshow: Networking Reception
The weekend concluded with an unforgettable Alumni Roadshow Networking Reception at Tower Pizza, where our active members had the exclusive opportunity to connect with Alpha Delta Gamma alumni from the LA area, including several who attended the same institutions that some of our current members now attend in Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, and Illinois. It was an evening filled with camaraderie, shared memories, and career-building conversations, further strengthening our lifelong fraternal bonds.
The 2025 Spring Leadership Conference was an undeniable success, reinforcing our core values of leadership, service, and brotherhood. This was more than just an event—it was a transformative experience that will leave a lasting impact on all who attended.
