Hello brothers,
Happy Universal ADG Night! As 2024 comes to a close and we start the next century of Alpha Delta Gamma, let us reflect on the brotherly bonds that were built and strengthened this year. Please take a moment to reach out to a brother today in celebration of this fraternity holiday. Additionally, if you have the opportunity, we urge everyone to celebrate in person with their local active or alumni chapter. Please see below for updated information for Rho/Tri-State, Xi/Bluegrass City, Zeta/Fountain City, and Crescent City. If you need more information on when and where those gatherings are happening, please respond to this email and we will point you in the right direction.
The National Council is very excited to share some recent successes as well. Led by Anthony DeSantis and Travis Hogue-Smith, efforts to restart Psi Chapter at Barry University have gone extremely well and have resulted in 9 candidates being pinned last month. We are excited to welcome them to our brotherhood once they complete their education process next semester. We have also welcomed 29 new brothers into ADG this semester. We are still finalizing information from a couple of chapters and expect that number to be above 30, a very successful start to the year! Finally, after dedicated efforts by Aaron Dwyer and DeMarcus Formbly, we have identified and appointed a new National Spiritual Moderator: Joshua Hughlett, an alumnus from Alpha Eta chapter at McKendree University. We are very excited to have Josh join the Council and are looking forward to how he will improve upon the Spiritual S in the coming months and beyond.
Thank you for taking the time to read this message. It is a great honor to be able to share these successes and celebrate this day with you. I look forward to seeing many of you at the next National Convention from July 24-26 in Miami, FL. Be on the lookout for more information about that and other events and news. And feel free to contact the National Council with any questions about ADG and what you can do to assist ongoing projects.
Happy U-Night!
AD DEI GLORIAM,
Anthony Medellin, 62nd National President
